Wealth Management in the US has added to its presence in the
Great Lakes Complex, recruiting a team from UBS. The group
managed about $500 million in client assets.
Joining the Syracuse, NY branch today is the Austin and Smith Wealth Management Group. It includes:
Thomas Austin, managing director – financial advisor, portfolio manager; Ryan Smith, vice president, financial advisor, and Elizabeth Moynihan, senior registered client associate.
“The Austin and Smith group is a well-respected and experienced team with a high-quality book of business,” Great Lakes complex director Frank Albanese, said.

has welcomed financial advisors Lisa Fouraker and Steven Victor
to its employee advisor channel.
As co-founders of the Victor-Fouraker Group of Raymond James, the advisors serve clients including business owners, endowments and foundations, families, individuals, non-profits and retirees.
They are joined by sales associate Joshua Fouraker and senior registered client service associate Mary Kane. Based in Devon, Pennsylvania, the team arrives from Janney Montgomery Scott where they previously managed over $165 million in client assets.
Clearstead, GLASfunds
Clearstead, a
financial advisory firm serving wealthy families and
institutions; and GLASfunds, an alternative investment platform
for financial advisors; have unveiled enhancements to
Clearstead’s private market investments platform “ClearAccess.”
The platform combines Clearstead’s institutional investment process and private markets investments manager selection capabilities. Since 2011, Clearstead has partnered with GLASfunds to provide a vehicle for streamlined access to private market investments.
The enhancements will cut costs and consolidate tax reporting, among other benefits, Cleveland-headquartered Clearstead said in a statement this week. The platform will allow qualified clients to invest in Clearstead selected private market investments through a new client dedicated fund on the GLASfunds platform.
